Texz Tornado

Texz Tornado, birth name Mark Clark has been playing guitar since age 15. Taught the basics of guitar playing by the late Mr Richard Loury, a close family friend; he took what he learned and went from there. From there, he met friends, Seymond Allen and Kevin Edwards both excellent guitarists. Moved to the ArklaTEX (AR, TX) area. Heavily influenced by his late uncles, Jim & Nip all to whom would have him playin' the blues in barn yards & juke joints until sunrise the following day (RIP). Texz ran into Southern Funk, R&B Soul, Blues Group Z9-Explosion Jimmy Payne, Daryl Lambert, Ray French, Elmer Marshal,George Gilbert & Fred Winton. He also joined the AUSTIN TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST played for the church choir. He then met Ms Sylvania & Mr Roy Williams of the "GOSPEL SOUL STIRRERS" moved in and tour with them for a few years...He has played with bands that have opened for celebrities as well as local acts. He has toured locally and internationally. Texz is now a freelance guitarist, one of the most talented and yet unfortunately underated and unknown musicians out there TODAY!. He now work in and out of studios with young upcoming rap & hip hop Artist
